The Making of Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories with Mick Guzauski

March 6 in Los Angeles, at Audio Bloggers Live! Mick Guzauski, one of the most successful pop engineer-mixers in the world, will sit down for a one on one interview with Graham Cochrane of the Recording Revolution to talk about Mick’s work recording and mixing the Grammy Award winning Daft Punk album ‘Random Access Memories“.

This is a live in-person event. It is not streamed on the internet.

In addition to being a huge commercial success (topping the charts in more than 30 countries worldwide) Random Access Memories was a breakthrough album in terms of innovative approaches to recording and mixing over the course of two and a half years. This is amazing opportunity to learn about the making of a classic album and get inside info on techniques that can inspire your own studio work.

Audio Bloggers Live! takes place March 6 at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica, CA. The event features of a full day or lectures and panels with some of the biggest names in recording and alternative recording education. 100% of net proceeds go to charity, supporting Phoenix House teen drug rehabilitation programs.
